Now they have discontinued that package , but are  offering unlimited website hosting for $5/month. No free IP address is provided, you have  to pay $3 per month extra for the IP address and some other addons. They limit the maximum number of  files you can have in account to 25000, unlike Westhost where the limit is 600,000
